Expanding Access to Heritage Sites
through the creation of interactive virtual representations
Torc Studio
Overview
Creating interactive, accessible digital experiences of heritage sites, Torc Studio combines architectural expertise, high-fidelity 3D capture and game design principles to produce immersive environments that expand access to culturally significant places for audiences in homes, classrooms and institutions.
The project transforms real-world heritage sites into spatially accurate, interactive experiences designed around exploration, storytelling and accessibility. Torc aims to support local communities, heritage organisations, educational institutions and tourism bodies in broadening public engagement while respecting conservation constraints.
